Shipping Charges Shipping charges are determined based on shipping service, destination address, and weight of your order. Your actual shipping charges will be shown during checkout and will be updated if you change your shipping service, destination address, or cart contents.
Free Shipping on All Orders Over $100.00:
Receive free Standard Shipping to any address in the continental United States on all orders totaling $100.00 or higher. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories are not eligible for Free Shipping. Core charges, shipping and handling charges, fees, and taxes are not included in calculating eligibility for Free Shipping.
Order Cutoff Times Orders placed by 2pm Eastern Time are generally shipped the same business day. For example, place your order with Next-Day Shipping by 1pm on a Thursday to receive your order by Friday. Orders placed after 1pm Eastern Time and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday after 1pm will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Destinations We ship to anywhere in the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.
Changing Shipping Destination Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping destination once have submitted an order.
Shipping Hazardous and Restricted Materials Federal and state regulations prohibit the transport and/or sale of certain materials. Some products on our site will be available only for In-Store Pickup or will have limited shipping options. These products include, but are not limited to: batteries, motor oil, various chemicals, and fluids. Check individual product pages for details on shipping options available for that product.

Frequently Asked Questions: •Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses may take longer than the estimated shipping times shown above. •2nd Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping are not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. •Weekend delivery is not available for 2nd Day Shipping or Next Day Shipping.
Return Policy: Return priviledges expire 15 days from date of shipment. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all unused items. No merchandise will be accepted without return autorization number and invoice copy or invoice number. No returns excepted after January 1st of the year ordered.
Limited Warranty:
Jeff's Auto warrants each product to be free from defect in material and workmanship for the purpose it was intended. Jeff's Auto shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective material or workmanship. It is limited to the repair or replacement, at its factory, of any defective artcle or part thereof, which may be returened to the factory: Jeff's Auto shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article returned. No claim for charges incurred in the removal, disassebly or reinstallation of such article will be allowed. This Warranty shall not cover any article which has been misused or neglected or damaged by accident; any article which has been altered outside of Jeff's Auto Service, or the performance of any engine or equipment or vehicle on or in which any article of the manufacturers intention. Jeff's Auto Service shall in no way, be liable for consequential damage or contingent liability arising out of any total or partial failure to function of any article manufactured by, if or of any engine or equipment on or in which it is used. Failure of user to give notice of claim as to defect claimed under the provisions of this warranty withing (60) days of the appearance of such claim or within 12 months of ownership shall consitute a waiver by customer of all calims with respect to such goods and equipment. No expressed, implied, or statutory warranty other than that herein set forth is made or authorized to be made by the company.
